Review on 🔧 Lifetime Appliance (2 Pack) Enhanced Upper Rack Adjuster W10350376 for Whirlpool, KitchenAid Dishwasher by Timothy Castillo

Update 6/10/18: These are rubbish and only get one star because I can't give them zero. They lasted less than 4 months. One of the front right rollers kept popping up (see first review below) and we've been working on it diligently ever since. Last night I broke off the entire front left roll seat and if I hadn't held onto the stand it would probably have fallen and spilled all of the contents. After removing the brace I found that the front right roller latches (see attached photos) were also broken. Buy them at your own risk. From what I understand it was money wasted and a lesson learned. Looks like I'm looking for genuine KitchenAid parts. First rating: Due to the lack of instructions, I actually wanted to give 3-4 stars. Since the initial install, I've encountered a new issue (see below) for which I've received 2 stars. First off, some guides or links to guides would be helpful. I basically used trial and error to uninstall and reinstall. I've been installing it for months and last week one of the wheels kept coming off the stand almost dropping the contents. I'm nervous, the whole shelf may fall off and all the dishes break.
