The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because there was no screw/bolt to secure the soldering iron holder on the PanaVise Heavy 308 to attach I found a suitable screw in my glass with different screws. The spring loaded soldering iron holder and stamped metal solder dispenser are well designed and do exactly what they are supposed to do. You can adjust the pen holder to the angle you need for left or right handed people. It is durable and not inferior to those attached to soldering irons. Combined with the heavy cast base, you get a nearly stable installation.
