I bought this chair for my home office and personally it's great. I had an issue where I couldn't figure out how to stop the back of my chair from moving when I recline. I went to the seller who pointed me the right way and now everything is perfect. For those assembling, make sure the second lever is in the down position when installing. Also make sure the seatback is fully pressed against the C-pillar next to the helical gear. If all else fails, look at the picture :). Be careful with the incline setting or you will fall asleep. Definitely recommend.
