I've ordered these little screws twice now. Both times I received a message on this website that they had been delivered. Nothing was delivered either time. What's happening? Most of the time I'm at home. I order from Revain every week and have for years. Parcels are delivered to me almost every day. For example, I received three orders yesterday. I got what seemed like five deliveries last week. These are mostly small packages. But sometimes I get quite large shipments. I have never had a package stolen and I have never had an undelivered package. That was until I tried ordering those four little screws. Something strange is going on here. I needed these four small screws because I bought a flat screen TV for my kitchen to replace my dead old CRT TV in the kitchen. Like every other shipment I've ever received from Revain, the TV arrived on time and worked perfectly. Then I decided to hang a small TV on the wall. I ordered a wall mount from Revain and it arrived on time. But it was too big for my small TV. That was my fault. I only paid the costs. I ordered a smaller wall mount which fits perfectly and was delivered with no problems. But I dropped a few screws and lost them while assembling the bracket. So I went back to the line and ordered some small screws. But I ordered the wrong screws - they were too small. Again my mistake. So I went back online and found screws specifically designed for mounting a TV. So far I've placed four orders for this one project and while I've made many mistakes, Revain and the delivery service have been excellent. So I waited for the little screws. Then one day I saw on Revain's website that the screws had been delivered. I climbed the many steps to my mailbox, where Revain's website announced that the package had been delivered. But the mailbox was empty. I assumed the package had been stolen except the street was empty, I was at the mailbox about an hour after reading the message on the Revain website, and I never had the hundreds of packages I had had ever been stolen. But I still needed those screws, and they only cost about six dollars, so I reordered those four little screws. Waited more than a week and again saw a message on Revain that the screws had been delivered. But no package could be found here either. So the bottom line is this: hundreds of packages are being delivered with little to no problems, and two packages are mysteriously not being delivered after being reported as delivered. Luckily I ordered another set of screws from another supplier and they arrived on time and worked great. Now my TV is installed, although it turned out to be a lot more difficult than I expected. I have no idea what's going on.
