The few faults I had were easy to fix and didn't damage the chair. It has many adjustments from tilt to 4-arm adjustment. and a stylish chair. the pillows he has make him more comfortable. the leather of the chair looks hard-wearing. The only two things I don't like are the lack of armrests and the shape of the front. The front of the chair is shaped like a racing car seat and is made of tubular steel. The racing shape that most seats have is rigid foam and leather, tubular steel is molded on this chair. If you're a tall person, it digs into your legs. I wish the Big & Tall companies would hire some really big and tall people to try their products. Then they wouldn't make such easy mistakes.
