This pedicure set was a joy for Mother's Day to be with mom, daughters-in-law and sisters the day before Mother's Day. It was our special relaxing day to be pampered and have fun together. We made face masks and this pedicure set. The set came in a clear plastic bag with foot bath bombs individually shrink-wrapped and then re-wrapped together. The pumice and food bath bombs were in the middle of the bag and we had half the masks on the top and half on the bottom of the main bag. This is the most cost effective and minimal way to ship items and they are definitely not gift wrapped when they arrive. Our foot bombs are ok, they don't have a really strong smell but they still feel good. None of us cared about the "pumice" of calluses and skin removers. Both my sister and I are nail technicians and the quality is not very good. The best part was the foot masks. The boots closed well and we were able to stand up if we absolutely had to. Booties have a lot of moisturizer that you can rub your feet. It was a little confusing because these are the first products we used and then had to be washed off. Most of the time you have to rub it in, so I'm not sure why you have to rinse it off. For this reason we only left them on for 1 hour. It just seems like it must have some really powerful ingredients in it if it needs to be washed off. Of course, none of us have started exfoliating yet, but it's supposed to happen within the next two weeks. So far so good, I'll leave this review as it is. If there is anything to note I will come back and update the information. All in all it was a fun experience with the foot bath bomb and everything came in a small package, although I think it could be packaged a little better for such an occasion. I'm not too upset about the styrofoam pumice since we have our own leg files, but other people might think differently. As long as no one has any nasty reactions I would recommend this set for a women's spa day. Maybe just put things in a pretty basket if it's really a special occasion, so... It was a lot of fun!
