Does what it should. Excellent support.

It doesn't actually come inked which was my fault because I probably didn't know it but it was quite misleading. Why would anyone just buy cartridges? The ink comes with cartridges. Edit: The manufacturer contacted me and helped with support for this product. I was confused about what to buy but this company was very helpful in trying to set you up where you need to be. If you have any problems, you can be assured that they will respond in a timely manner.
