I love this chopping board and use it to chop fruit and veg almost every day. I especially find the scoop feature particularly useful as I can easily move food I'm cutting off the board and into a bowl or pan without losing or dropping a piece or two like I usually do with regular cutting boards that don't are bent. Pages to contain my scraps, as does this neat board. I also think it's good that the board doesn't show any signs of wear or cuts, as is often the case with other boards. And the fact that it's dishwasher safe means it's a hygienic tool for my kitchen. Colored vegetables like sweet potatoes and carrots can transfer some of their color to the board during the slicing process, but I've found that this type of discoloration can always be easily removed by washing the board in the dishwasher - hand washing isn't always effective when removing normal food stains. I have a couple of these boards that I keep and use for fruit and veg and separate boards for fish and poultry. These boards are a great addition to any kitchen.
