Yes it is warm and would be very cute if the front was FLAT above the eyes. Unfortunately, that's not the case, and it looks ridiculous. If it's for a child, then it's ok. But not for an adult. Looks bad like a 6 year old did it for you. I understand this happens with all brands and companies but unfortunately the return window is CLOSED for me because I ordered it in advance to be ready for a cold day. Bad product that I cannot return. And it's not about $10, it's not about greed, but if I was told I was going to get a terrible product I wouldn't waste money. Since I order everything online - imagine every company sending me bad products and telling me their junk CANNOT BE RETURNED.
