Review on Longacre 52 52003 0 60PSI 2 5InGID Deluxe by Leandro Gray

Advantages: 1) Large easy to read dial in 0.25 psi increments. inch 2) Fully protected by a shock absorbing rubber case 3) All metal construction 4) Comes with two different chucks Bad: 1) The way the sensor is packaged. The gauge comes in a roughly square plastic shell that requires a rubber hose to be wrapped around the front of the gauge. This wrapping of the hose in such a small space created a permanent kink in my gauge hose. The kink does not affect the operation of the gauge, but the hose has lost structural integrity at the kink and only flexes there. Like a metal coat hanger repeatedly flexing back and forth, the hose will snap out of the crease long before it normally should. 2) This is the manufacturer's fault (not the seller or Longacre directly), but this really should be fixed. Either design a larger clamshell housing or ship the gauge with the hose disconnected from the gauge body.
