The case almost cannot be opened
The tools are very useful when preparing and processing nails. However, the case is almost impossible for me to open. I've had 4 other people (of varying strengths and hand sizes) try to open it and it always takes at least a few minutes. As soon as you open it, your hands will be hurt by the plastic protrusion of the case. Tools 5/5 but I also wanted to use a case (1/5) so I said 3/5 overall.
