I have to start this review by using the blanket. The ceiling is mine, I checked the ceiling but luckily I didn't have a house fire that required me to put the ceiling out with the ceiling. I really hope I never have to use this product, but if I have to I know exactly where it is and I can reach it quickly to start a nearby fire. This is exactly what it is designed for and looks very high quality. The cover/bag it comes in is easy to open without being "too light" (it won't fall out) and the duvet itself is of a very high quality. You may think you'll never need it, and I hope you never need it, but when you really need it, it's good to have handy around the house. A simple little fire blanket can save you tens of thousands in losses and maybe even your life.
