Ok first of all there are a lot of reviews complaining about it not sticking to the wall. I tell them it's either a user install error or a tile issue. Mine has been up and running for almost 2 months now. I have a smooth, shiny white tile and it stuck so well I don't think I can get it off without damaging something. Here is how I installed it. Thoroughly clean the tiled area with rubbing alcohol a few times, and when you think it's clean, clean again. Step #2: Throw away the double-sided tape and the silicone that came with it. You can try using silicone if you like, but I didn't take the risk after reading other reviews. (I didn't use double sided tape at all as I thought the silicone would hold much better so I'd rather use extra silicone instead of tape) and just use painters tape to secure it while the silicone dries. %" silicone from HD. I used GE brand. Don't use anything other than 100% silicone and also get masking tape if you don't already have it. Step #4 Apply silicone to the back of the mount, the The hardest part you want to get 100% after sticking it to the wall and you want the silicone to seep through all the little perforations of the holes too but not come out the sides as much as possible #5Use tape to hold the mount in place until the silicone dries Step #6 WAIT 24 HOURS, do not touch or shower Step #7 Remove the tape and use a small razor blade to cut off any silicone that gets squeezed out the sides of the pumps just depends on how well you did step 4, but make sure you leave some extrusion through the holes, it looks like a bunch of little slugs sser, and there's plenty of room behind the pump if you're not crazy about silicone. can be a little tricky, you need to do the following to refill, fully press the big chrome button, then use your finger to cap the small nozzle where the soap comes out, then release the big chrome button, then your finger remove the nozzle. Repeat this squeezing, inserting, releasing and removing until your soap comes out. Depending on the viscosity of the soap, it may take about a dozen times to be full. I use Costco brand shampoo and conditioner along with body gel and the Costco conditioner is very thick and I wasn't even sure it would work at first but it handles it with no problems. As long as you don't let it dry out, you'll never have to refuel it. I didn't have to dilute anything to work either. The biggest downside I have is the amount it spends in one click. It doesn't come out much and requires multiple jabs. However, after a few uses, you will quickly find out how many strokes you need and then you can accurately and quickly apply the same amount each time. All this while clearing a disorder in the soul. I love the way it looks and works and the razor and washcloth hooks are a nice bonus. I almost didn't buy after reading some of the other reviews but I'm glad I did. ****UPDATE**** it's coming almost 2 years later and the dispenser stays stuck to my wall with no sign of detachment. Still pumps and doses like day one. I love this item, I will be ordering another kitchen dispenser.
