I use these balls in motorcycle tires. If I have a shop tire I tell them not to balance it and then I take it home and add beads. 2 oz rear and 1 oz front. It can be a bit difficult to get them through the valve stem, but just add them slowly. If you use a tire removal and replacement shop, be sure to let them know they have beads. Otherwise, they can wreak havoc in the store.
