Great packaging, super easy and quick to set up. Cats use it although I haven't seen an entrance yet to see if they enter through the one way door or the top opening. It's easy to slide the scoop door out and back. The only improvement that could be made to this type of litter box would be to make the crate higher so cats don't pick up litter above the walls, so when we scoop it out we clean it out. the litter does not climb over the sides. I like it when there is a lot of filling in the box so the urine doesn't stick to the bottom. Therefore, a deeper box is needed. Love the way the shovel hangs in the top of the hole and how the bedding mostly stays on the box and not the bottom. Just push the drawer deeper and everything will be perfect! I turn the hole to the wall so the dogs don't stick their heads in the one-way entrance to crunch on the tray.
