Honestly I ordered this knife case because it was the cheapest I've seen and it had enough pockets for my knives. I'm not a chef but I do a lot of barbecuing in my backyard so I've put together a pretty good selection of decent knives for slicing and slicing various cuts of meat and veggies. I just kept my knives in boxes in my kitchen cupboard, but a few boxes were getting unwieldy so I decided to get a knife bag. As I don't travel with my knives I just wanted a case for easy storage. Much to my surprise - and delight - it's a very strong filling that looks well made and durable. It not only provides storage but also protection for my knives. If I had to ring, it would be because my cleaver with the blade guard on doesn't fit in the cleaver pouch. But I have a BIG cleaver for chopping bones, and it's even bigger with the blade guard. The cleaver fits in one of the other pockets, so it's fine. In the end I am very happy with this bag, especially considering the very reasonable price.
