Items arrived safe and sound although they took about a month to arrive which I already knew. The handles look just like any hardware store, but they're significantly lighter and feel less durable. Several knobs were loose at the junction where the 2 T-bars meet, and some came loose completely when I tried to install them (see photos). Since I already had about 85% of the 20 pens I'd already received installed, I didn't want to remove them all to go through the return process. I contacted the seller (homdiy) and asked to send a replacement who promptly replied that they would. After about a week, however, I still haven't heard from a replacement and my cabinets are missing a couple of handles. Even if they were actually shipped, I may have to wait another month for them to arrive from China. And there is no way to get a partial refund etc as most are already in the office. Not too much of a deal but still disappointing. Luckily they are ubiquitous and I should be able to find them at my local hardware store.
