Unfortunately, these aren't the old-school C9s that we stick in our 20-foot street trees. As long as they look bright. They don't project light like the old ones. Essentially, you need to group them closer together. This is typical for LED circuits. They have a hard plastic cover with an LED inside. We shifted the colored covers as we had 3 yellow in a row and 4 red in a row. never mind It would be better if there was no transformer in the outlet. It sticks out 3-4 inches straight out of the connector. I like the new style links for adding strands, but I'm betting on the size of the transformer. They get darker as you add another strand.
