Bought 5 tree lights brand new. Each tree is rated for 300 bulbs and each garland is attached with zip ties. It takes about 2 hours to install new lights per tree. It looked amazing and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the section came out every night for 3 days. For LEDs, you should be able to string up to 10 strands. Only 3 and they kept coming out. They sent replacements for those that couldn't be repaired. I pulled out a tree, redid it and the symptoms came back. Most likely they are using poor quality cables. Decorating our house outside takes 2 weeks. Every year I restore and replace groups of certain things. Trees need to be replaced again this year. I'm not sure if the company will return the replaced ones, I hope so. I do not recommend this brand!
