I bought these at a Vermont ski area equipment store last week. The temperature was below zero degrees Fahrenheit and I was trying to keep warm on the hill. They really worked. They say they "raise the temperature 4-5 degrees" which is what I experienced. My hands often get cold while skiing, so I'm constantly experimenting. My usual routine is ski mittens with hand warmers, but at -10F my hands and especially my thumbs were painfully cold after 2 runs. The addition of these glove liners made a difference for me. Small but noticeable. I hope that in higher temperatures with these liner gloves I don't need hand warmers. I'll see on the next ski trip. I'm going to Revain to buy another pair for another family member.
