I'm old fashioned from the 60's so I've never thought much about my knives. I finally decided to refresh my kitchen in 2020 so I started adding items to my wish list and this was one of the first items I discovered. I haven't modernized my (rented) kitchen for about 15 years. I turned 60 this year, so I knew I deserved only the best for my new kitchen. I went for all the makeup and these gorgeous knives jumped at me. I've never had the best set of knives in my life. The first time I used it it was like using a razor blade. WOW right. Cooking is much better with the right knife! They will NEVER go in the dishwasher, they deserve to be hand washed. I love her.
