Unnecessary accessories

You can be tempted to buy a lot of accessories that are not included in the original pressure cooker. Considerations: After a meal is cooked and there are leftovers, wait until the contents are cool enough to cover and refrigerate? I would break up the contents into smaller serving containers that don't take up as much space in the fridge. Or you can use a dinner plate or pot lid as a lid. If you want to keep it lucky, just keep it in a pot with the original lockable lid (which has handles you can use to hook the lid on either side of the pot) β€” or as I do, once this pandemic is over, I plan to transfer the cooked contents to one of my smaller pots - with sidelocks - so I don't lug my big pet monster elsewhere. However, if you are absolutely certain that you MUST have a silicone lid, then get the Instant Pot version. I bought a fake and sent it back because it was so loose it was too easy to remove the inner pot. This version of the Instant Pot is narrower, but it was a bit tricky to align it to fit properly on the inner pot - that's why I gave this lid a 4 star rating. Needless to say I got it back with a lid but kept the Instant Pot :)
