The answer to the "too short" hose on my Shark Pro! This extension hose makes cleaning the top of curtains, carpeted stairs and even hardwood floors much easier. As soon as I connect it to the Shark Pro everything is clear. It's even a tricky way to fluff up a cat. Since the hose is long enough that the vacuum doesn't make any noise, I can reduce the suction (through the outlet on the hose's handle) and the kitten thinks she's spoiled and her shedding goes down the hose. (At first we practiced without VACUUMING, just using a hose and a soft dusting brush until he was comfortable.) Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any injury to anyone attempting to vacuum their cat! If "Don't try it at home!" has ever been used, here it is. The hose, extension tubes, and attachments aren't the heavy, high-quality plastic that comes with your Kirby or Shark vacuums, but they're adequate and well worth the price. The hoses and nozzles from my old Kirby, Shop Vac and Shark Navigator Lift-Away Professional (NV356E) also fit this hose. You lose some suction far from that hose, which is to be expected, but it still packs a punch. Big. I recommend this extension hose to anyone unhappy with Shark's short length!
