The liners arrived today and it looks like they are perfect for protecting coffee grounds from coffee and should work really well with the delibru cups I use for Bought a friend who wanted to use her own coffee at Keurig that her daughter got her for Christmas. She likes delibru mugs but sometimes she didn't like the grounds in her coffee so when I saw her I wanted to get them for her. The package arrived in good condition and the small paper inserts look like they will work fine. Haven't seen them to give her yet but I'm sure she'll like them. The company's customer service representative was very helpful when I contacted him with questions. Additional information after my friend used it. She says they are wonderful. She said there was no reason for an appeal. She also said her coffee tasted so good, even better than before. She thought they helped her fill the cups to just the right amount for maximum flavor. She was afraid that she would overfill the cups and the coffee would thicken. She praises her very much. They were a great gift with mugs.
