After seeing this product on many workspace furnishing posts on social media, I decided to give it a try. It looks very cool and modern and I thought it would easily replace my 10 year old gel filled palm rest. Unfortunately, while the Carpio looks really cool and modern, it's pretty solid and a bit uncomfortable. The gliding feet on the bottom are too small - too much resistance when gliding on the mouse pad. Finally, the tops detach from the base too easily. Overall this product is a fantastic idea and design but lacks in comfort and quality. Carpio is NOT $35. $20 would be more appropriate for the current iteration.
