Original rating: The hat is awesome. It really is like that. The color is excellent. Fit is great, looks super nice. However, I gave it 3 stars because the threads on the logo wore out the day it was unboxed. If it were for me, I would probably worry less. But it was bought as a gift and I'm a bit disappointed that the Tillak logo is likely to fall off with normal wear. Update: The customer service from this company is second to none. I ordered a hat and it came with a logo on display as shown in the photo. I posted my review and the company immediately contacted me and asked what they could do to fix the problem. They sent me a new hat with no scuffs and even left me an imperfect one. I have since bought a second hat in her green color and it arrived in perfect condition. I really can't stress enough how good this cap is. Now I'm trying to decide on the next color I'll get from them 🤔
