These clippers are good. They seem very solid (stainless steel all around). My batteries arrived fully charged. I should add that they are quiet. Contrary to what some reviewers have reported, the manuals are fairly well written and presented in a total of 6 different languages (EN, FR, ES, IT, DE and JP), although the box itself is poorly illustrated. Contrary to reports that it can work from the network. and wireless is false marketing, unless you cut the doll's hair because the cord is so short - the length of a phone charger, but with the runtime promised, who needs to use it with a cord? .
