Vintage Burst is the perfect 'missing' ingredient to complement Vintage Build BCAA Powder! I take one Vintage Burst at the start of a bike ride and another every ride hour on longer rides (up to 3 total) while sipping on a bottle of water with a spoonful of Vintage Build BCAAs. The L-arginine in Burst adds energy, while the build (also with creatine monohydrate to aid in cellular hydration) fuels muscles with critical amino acids, all at the ideally recommended doses. Two great products that should work better synergistically. I've found them to help my endurance, especially during long workouts and recovery. Vintage Burst also contains Rhodiola rosea root extract, which according to reputable website Exmine.com may help fight fatigue, is an adaptogen, and may promote longevity. And at worst, they're all harmless supplements that just add essential amino acids to my diet. But there is clear evidence that there is much more. For extra energy (and immune system support) consider adding an inexpensive dose of 250-500mg of DMG (N,N-dimethylglycine) just prior to training.
