Review on 🏍️ ILM Full Face Motorcycle Street Bike Helmet - Removable Winter Neck Scarf, 2 Visors DOT (L, Matte Black) by Gary Stringfield

According to the size chart I should have ordered a large helmet but accidentally ordered size XL. I was concerned because I saw other reviewers talking about the size of the helmet being too big for them. Well, size XL turned out to fit me perfectly, so in my case the helmet seems a bit small for my head size compared to the size charts. Now let's move on to the helmet itself. In general, I like it. The quick release strap is of good quality and the clasp itself is metal, I like that. It came with the advertised smoky visor and clear visor, along with a zipped winter scarf. And I give comfort 5 stars. The only reason I took a star off the rating is that the helmet and visor (I only used clear) seem to scratch fairly easily. I have two scratches I already made on the fairing (how, dunno, because I treat this thing like a raw egg) and a bug got into the visor and left a small scratch on it. The only other negative I can see about the helmet is that the vents don't latch and/or don't latch (depending on where you want them) so the slightest touch (yes I'm looking at you gloved numb hand syndrome) they can be opened or closed. They stay where you put them, but it's easy to accidentally hit them and make unintended adjustments. I wouldn't deduct a star for that. If I had to do it all over again I would still buy this helmet. You can't beat the overall value and convenience you get for this price.
