We had had a two stone manual sharpener for many years and after reading about the advantages of the multi stone sharpening system we bought this sharpener. It arrived today and I quickly saw how it works as there are so many positive reviews listed on Revain. Very few negative reviews were easily dismissed as they were written by people who had no idea how to sharpen a knife. But within minutes of reading the easy-to-follow instructions, I was able to sharpen three knives in 10 minutes that have never been sharper since they were first purchased. I warned my wife about how sharp the new blades were on the knives I was sharpening so she wouldn't underestimate the extremely sharp blades they now had. I am very happy about this addition to our kitchen equipment!
