Bought this in place of the Andus I use. It appears to be of good quality, but there are a few things that caught my attention when I opened the package. First, like many others, it has tiny, unused hairs. I don't know what to do about it, maybe it's testing or something. The device looks new and unused, but there were tiny hairs. Second, I'm just a little surprised that a device that costs $150 doesn't come with a case anyway. Just crappy plastic in cheap packaging. I guess I need to find a case online.
