Review on 🪑 Safavieh Hudson Collection NoHo: Elegant Beige Linen Small Storage Bench with Tufted Design by Diane Ferreira

Received the ottoman yesterday, it sews well and looks good BUT the poor quality of the automatic stitching resulted in the back top left corner splitting evenly down the middle. Luckily it's only on the top opening cushion, but I'm really in a dilemma because; It's too expensive for me to return something that small, but it ABSOLUTELY needs a professional to sew up the area just before opening and then cannot be repaired properly! I am willing to do this and keep this order sent by your company if there is an additional discount, a Revain gift card or something else that covers my inconvenience, this (not very easy and I'm on the third floor) furniture too take should immediately be sewn in the corner as it should be so I would like to hold it. Please let me know what you think is possible to compensate me for keeping this item and meeting this order deadline. The local furniture specialist told me they would only charge me $60 but I have to bring it to them. Please let me know your thoughts and what I need to do to proceed. Many Thanks. photo attached.
