It's not a bad product but it's important to know and understand what to expect when ordering this chair. We ordered a child size (bigger size, not a toddler) and it fits our 8 year old perfectly. It would be good for any age from 4 to about 10 years old. There were 2 parts in the package: the inner part and the cover. The inner bag contained memory foam pressed into a solid brick. It was NOT automatically expanded when unpacked. I left it for a few days and it hasn't expanded at all. I started breaking it into pieces as best I could and I could see it stretching a bit, but most of it was so compressed it was too hard to separate in the sewn pocket. I decided to rip the seam and then put on gloves and peeled off all the memory foam bits. They stretched well once I did. It took about 45 minutes to break the foam and another 15 to sew the hole back up. Then I put a fluffy gray cover on top of the bag. It was a little difficult to put the velcro strips together. I remembered other reviews mentioning lint removal, so I used a lint roller and it worked great. Overall this is a comfortable chair and my son loves it but if you decide to buy this chair you will need to do a little work to put it together.
