Unlike my regular bio pellets that I buy, this product will cloud your water even after you rinse it out. My water remained cloudy for almost 24 hours, even with a 700 GPH backflow! In addition, this product will clog unless fed at a high flow rate. My reactor is connected to my return line with a 1000 GPH pump and from time to time I need to increase the flow rate to avoid clogging. In addition, the amount of by-products from biopellets is insane! There are sponges in my reactor and the by-product can still escape. In this case, you need to clean the reactor frequently (at least once a month) to keep it from clogging. This product is not abandoned and forgotten. My other advice is if you buy this product make sure you have a filter bag at the end of the return line or connect this to your protein skimmer. While you're at it, add a sponge to the sump if you haven't already attached the reactor to the skimmer. The last thing I have to add is that the description says the volume is 400ml (13.5256oz) when in fact I only received 10.8oz. Remember to weigh your product to get what you pay for. Overall I have to say that I would not recommend this product and would rather spend more for less and not run into this problem.
