This chair looks cool and is very comfortable. Most of the parts in its base design are made out of metal, giving it a premium look and feel. They pack many parts well in a compact box. Assembly took longer than I expected due to some issues with fitting a side bracket to the backrest and drilling holes in the seat cushion. But the assembly instructions and labeling of the screws and parts helped a lot. The armrests and headrest are soft and look great. The headrest flexes slightly for comfort. The lumbar support is adjustable by sliding the jet up or down. The chair would be better if the lumbar support was also adjustable in depth and the armrests and headrest were adjustable in height and tilt.
