Review on SmartyPits 2.9oz Lavender Rose Deodorant - Aluminum-Free, Natural Formula with Baking Soda, Paraben and Phthalate Free, No Propylene Glycol, Cruelty-Free by Janice Turner

I bought this natural deodorant hoping to find an alternative to chemical deodorants. Yes, it's wonderful in terms of smell and lack of chemicals. However, I've been using it for about a week and it has made my armpits look very black. At first I wasn't sure if it was deodorant, my razor or something else. I stopped using deodorant for a few days hoping I could exfoliate my skin and get rid of the excessive blackness. I also stopped using a razor. I ended up waxing my armpits and the blackness was significantly less than it was black. I've started using deodorant again and now I'm seeing black spots on my armpits again. Unfortunately I will not buy again.
