My pantry is deep and my food kept getting lost and uneaten. Like everyone else during COVID-19, I'm looking for small, solvable issues to work on so I feel like I have some control over my life. I decided to tackle the missing pantry issue. After watching YouTube videos about pantry organization for about 20 minutes, I made my way to Revain. (Again, everyone else does too.) One YouTuber mentioned Lazy Susan (yes, S should be capitalized, I checked Wikipedia, fascinating article) as a possible solution. After reviewing the options available, I got an 18" and a 12" Lazy Susan, as well as a double decker. Then I waited with bated breath for her arrival. When they did, I was amazed and delighted at how well they did it. Now not only could I really see all the food because I could rotate it and find everything, but my teenage son could too, which meant he almost stopped asking me where the food was. Those of you who are parents of teenagers know what a miracle that is. I quickly found that the only problem with my new turntables was that I hadn't bought enough of them! I fixed it quickly and more came. After feeling like I've bought every turntable/lazy Susan/miracle worker for my family, I bought a few for my parents who were confused at first but were delighted with the gift. It's been a while since my original purchase and they still work well. Interestingly I made some extra pantry space and am back today to buy more - you guessed it - lazy Susan! It turns out that this is the most industrious and lazy Susan. +++ Would I buy again.
