Very low angle for easy cutting (who would have thought the angle was easier on the wrist and controlled thin slices?) The biggest surprise for me was this when Experimental and board to use for kneading. I bake bagels and bread (my consolation) every week, it's easy. An additional advantage of working with dough is that the board is regularly oiled. Cleaning is a breeze. Silicone feet keep it in place. It's lightweight and easy to pick up. I also used it as a dessert plate! The board is high quality, strong, just the right thickness and beautiful! I added that this would make the perfect gift for anyone who cooks, bakes or has a kitchen!
