Excellent product. I run long distances and forget all that - what you want. I really appreciate the waterproof properties. I have two flaws. First, it's difficult to tell exactly how the strap should be oriented - meaning you can't easily tell if it's inside or outside. Hence, you often spend some time pinning it down. never mind Second, it's not big enough for sunglasses. When you run in Arizona, the sun often rises when you start but sets while you run. I have trouble putting my sunglasses on because of the depth, not length, of this pouch. So I can easily put the headlamp in my pocket. But the sunglasses just do it when my phone is there. I have to admit that my phone is a plus size model (iPhone 7 plus) so maybe this won't be a problem for everyone. But it's easy and effective. I like it.
