Review on Metra 70-1725 Amplifier Integration Harness - Compatible with 2002 Acura RSX by Seth Torres

This is not a genuine Metra harness. It arrived in a USPS envelope in which it was disassembled. No Metra packaging, no part number, no paperwork to prove it's a Metra product. The plug is also white instead of blue like Honda's factory plugs (Metra uses factory plugs, google it). Thought I'd give it a try, I've been dying to put my new radio up this weekend. I hooked up all the RCAs and necessary cables to my 2002 RSX Type S (factory Bose system) and there was no hissing from the front driver's side speakers. I quickly switched and found it to be a white RCA. I tested this by grounding all the RCAs to see if they have feedback and all but white. This is a widespread counterfeit with poor quality control standards. Other reviews convinced me to buy here at this price and my review is to say that it is a roll of the dice as to whether the product you receive will work or let you down either during installation or later in the day.
