This bag does not fit my Metakoo Cybertrack 100 or Googo electric mountain bike. It's too big for her as the battery gets in the way. With that said, I attached it to my Santa Cruz mechanical mountain bike. It was easy to attach to the bike's top tube with two upper and one rear Velcro. It had plenty of storage space for small items like keys, sunglasses, snacks or repair tools. The bag is waterproof - pay attention to the keyword: resistant. It's not waterproof. It holds up well in the rain, but make sure no vents are left open to keep water out. I put my paper map in the side mesh pocket.
