Review on LeeKooLuu F05: Ultimate Hidden Bracket Backup Camera with 📷 IP69K Waterproofing, Super Night Vision, and Wide 149˚ Viewing Angle by Tim Surridge

I bought this camera to replace a different brand camera that I had previously installed. I liked the mounting bracket that allowed me to mount it higher on the back of my Jeep. Installation should have been fairly easy, I routed the video cable the same way as the previous camera, I connected it to the same power and ground. I went to check it and the head radio showed "video source not found". So I checked the voltage and ground with a multimeter. When I wrote to support, I explained everything. They wanted photos or videos, I sent some photos of the installed camera, but they didn't tell me what they really wanted to see. After finding out that emailing back and forth would take longer than just buying another camera (I know, I know, but with all the 5 star reviews?). So the camera arrived the next day, I plugged it into the previously routed wiring harness and the display lit up as it should. I emailed again that I had purchased another of their cameras and it was working properly and the first one was defective/not working when it arrived. The response I received was "Can you send us some photos or videos?" Actually, my two star rating is more about the lack of real support. A good reversing camera for the price. But in my case 50/50 chance of working first time. Much luck!
