I LOVE chiffon and it's beautiful! medium bought. I'm 5'4" tall with a 34" waist. I could take a small one but it's not huge as it's elastic waist. This is very long. Most things for me. As I was hoping the sash is separate from the skirt so I can detach it and cut off the bodice and then reattach the skirt and sash to get the length I want.
