Review on Convenience Concepts Oxford 5 Tier Bookcase Furniture by Naomi Johnson

Pretty bookshelf but poor maintenance

First of all I know others might like that everything is labeled but I personally don't like stickers as they don't come off easily. And the placement of the screws is not hidden. They offer white stickers to hide them, but that just makes them cheap. It also smelled quite bad when I first got it, but it's better now. Plus, the instructions are pretty damn clear. But once I delve into them, the rest seem to float. This was until the wood split, which really annoyed me as I wondered why there are pre-drilled holes to prevent this. I asked for a replacement part which came surprisingly quickly. And I thought that was the end, but the part they sent is two inches shorter. I tried calling but all I got was a voicemail which nobody answered and when I emailed them it took a week. Come back to me. They asked me to take a photo of the box which unfortunately I no longer have because after ordering a spare I thought I wouldn't need it. I've been waiting for an answer for two weeks now, which probably won't come. Two stars for poor pre-drilled holes and poor customer service. It's only sad because it's a cute bookshelf. I just need some wood glue and a clamp to install it myself.
