Oh Nikon! Release your 16-200 lens and I will no longer be interested in all sorts of tests and releases of new glasses by anyone . Pros: Glass for those who see and understand the difference between 18mm and 16mm. Plus a telephoto, of course . For travelers, it makes sense to buy it. I am one of those :-) Cons: There were and are Nikora 18-55, 18-200, 55-300, and my favorite 16-85. Fot D5300 (with GP, - for which I love only him) Tamron 16-300. So: Too contrasting and hard picture, it seems that there are no shades and transitions in comparison with Nikkor, a little darker than 16-85th. At 300 dark soap. The real usable range is 16-200. I take pictures only in a ravine, then later display a decent quality in comparison with Nikon's "soft" glasses. The most important minus - INCOMPLETE MORONIC STABILIZER ! With the stub turned on, the picture is simply murderous! Not just unsharp, but somehow βdigitallyβ fouled up, as if chromatic aberrations along the contours of the details of the image were amplified many times over, I donβt know how else to put it . It starts working if you focus and wait at least 2 seconds without breathing and without moving! About any quick "reportage" shooting with this stub is out of the question. THAT IS : 1. It should always be turned off 2. Turn it on only when it is really necessary according to the canons of photography. 3 Always immediately look at the photo with an increase, it turned out or only worse . ! My 16-85 stub has been on all my life, except that I turned it off from a tripod, as it should be. In a situation where a stub is not needed for three hundred years, the picture is the same, with and without it. The battery runs down with this lens two, and maybe more, times faster.
