Buying is my choice after months of research

This replaces my $2000 tube waterbed. In this review I talk about how it sleeps and why I bought it. I am adding details on this type and other mattress types available. I hope the time and information I've learned will save you the months I've spent deciding which mattress is the best choice and price. This is a pocket coil design with a latex foam top layer. I think this is the best of all options (water bed, foam and standard inner spring). If you're like me, you want to sleep as well as possible. Once that's decided, you want the best price you can get. My Sunrise Pocket Coil Mattress is the result of my search. If you want all the details, read on. If you want quick and dirty, just buy it. You will be a happy pup and thank me. The essence is determined by its weight. It weighs more than its competitors because it has bigger and better springs than the others. If you are interested read my review. I took some photos but my camera broke. If photos are important, there are plenty of them in other reviews. Mine are about the same. ABOUT STABILITY All reviews give different opinions about durability. After two weeks with him I think the reason is his "pocket roll" design. let me explain. Individual springs respond much better to different parts of the body than other mattresses. With this design, the springs are individually compressed. The heavier parts of our body give more, while still supporting smaller parts like legs, waist and head. If it makes sense, you can see that the result is a sense of harshness but a subtle sense of softness. I think that might explain the differing opinions. Also, your wife or husband's movements will never disturb you. Oh, one more thing about firmness. I learned that from our Beautyrest mattress. Beautyrest replaced another soft waterbed, so the transition was drastic. We were advised to give a month before making a decision. After two weeks we liked it. The same will happen with Sunrise. Some will say it's not that strong while others believe it's strong enough. I hope that explains the differing opinions. That's all I can say about stiffness other than I find it hard. NOW ABOUT COMFORT The first night went well; no smell or discomfort. My nose is not my wife's delicate instrument. He passed her smell test, which means he passed everything. Just as firmness is subjective, so is comfort. I compare it to two other mattresses I've had. Sunrise replaced the $2,000 tube waterbed. The other is my stock Beautyrest internal spring, fixed. My rating is Sunrise (one); Beauty rest (two) and water bed (three). Now let me explain my review. I have unusual demands on my body. I have two artificial hips, a minor chronic back problem, and my body temperature rises when I sleep (so I sweat). In my opinion, Sunrise will not cause problems for normal people or people with unusual problems. Well, that was the first step. What are our impressions after two weeks? My wife and I are different, but we are both happy with our new bed. She says she slips in this bed. She sinks into the waterbed and doesn't move. She loves this feature of the waterbed. I don't slip, but I don't have the problem of being pinched like with a waterbed. I hated the waterbed for the same reason my wife liked it. Think for yourself. In our opinion, we both like it much better than a waterbed. We have never been satisfied with that. After years of sleeping on three different types of waterbeds, I've come to the conclusion that waterbeds are a marketing gimmick. It makes sense that sleeping on the water should be wonderful. They forget to mention that there is a thick sheet of plastic between you and the water. It changes everything - at least in my opinion. The difference between Beautyrest and Sunrise lies in their design. All Beautyrest springs are connected to each other. The mattress conforms to your body but does so as a unit. Put it and the surface of the "dishes" on it. The firmer the mattress, the flatter the shell. Rising springs are independent of each other. So each spring gives your body a unique way. (Without plate) This allows your body to be better supported and adapted to your unique body. It doesn't matter whether you sleep on your side, back or stomach. Separate springs adapt to every sleeping position. I felt the sunrise softened a bit the first week. It was good. But again my wife reacted differently. But the bottom line is the same, we both like the mattress. Two other notes: Sunrise does not offer additional edge support. That bothered me, but the photo (sorry no photo) of me on the edge shows that the support is acceptable. I've shrunk to 67 inches in the last 80 years and now weigh about 170 pounds. ABOUT THE DESIGN Our Queen has 825 individual springs, making each spring smaller than many other similar mattresses. Increasing the number of springs increases the flexibility and weight of the mattress. Mattress. Compare Sunrise's weight to the competition. You will see that it weighs more, indicating better quality. Sunrise added an inch layer of latex on top of the mattress. Its advantage is the ability of latex to cool sleep. I appreciate that as my body temperature rises when I sleep so I usually wake up sweaty. Because of this, you have to change bedding too often. With Sunrise I never had any problems with sweat. Hallelujah. Unasked Questions Answered The Sunrise mattress is reversible, apart from the fact that the latex is only on one side. I don't see much of a problem refusing latex when turning the mattress. If you miss its benefits, just buy a latex topper. Sunrise opted for latex instead of memory foam. This shows their commitment to high quality standards rather than "cheating". Their quality is reflected in another point that is often overlooked when buying an innerspring mattress. Their springs are 12 gauge hardened steel. That means they never wear out. Springs made of ordinary steel lose their "memory” over time, which leads to sagging. Our queen weighs 81 pounds and weighs almost 90 pounds. That's more than other pocket coils. WEIGHT means quality. You can fool the buyer, but not the scales. That was one of my questions when trying to define quality. It's very easy to move and flip around if that's a problem. I'm retired so I'm a cautious buyer when it comes to big purchases. I wanted to know more about the company and their guarantee. I've searched the internet for them and found a few things that might interest you. They appear to be selling direct from the factory and one small company is trying to carve out a marketing niche. I suspect they will increase their prices as they become better known for their quality. Now is the perfect time to buy one of the best mattresses at any price. You can probably say that the pocket roll design is the most expensive to manufacture. When they were first introduced, they were the most expensive mattress available. You can buy a "famous brand" pocket coil mattress, but your cost will be double or triple that of Sunrising Bedding's pocket coils. I finished. Hope this answered all your questions. If you have more, just buy a bed and see for yourself. It comes with a 120-day money-back guarantee. So if you're unhappy for ANY reason, tell Revain to pick it up. There's no hassle, no expense, and he's gone. But if you buy something else instead, I bet you'll regret it.
