I like this pillow. My baby's head is fine, but this will probably help keep it that way. The unexpected benefit of this pillow is that it keeps her from tossing and turning like crazy in her tote bag. It may need to be rolled as it develops, but I feel more secure holding it in place. I threw her blanket over me like a diaper. And I put a waterproof mat underneath and another blanket on top and I think it really makes her bed more comfortable and also easier to clean when her diaper leaks.
