I LOVE this! My heart is very damaged and has become very thin in recent years. I have long hair so I often have to sleep with my hair up which leads to even more hair breakage. This cap stays on all night and I can see a huge and noticeable difference in the condition of my hair after wearing it at night for just a week! The cap has an adjustable strap so it can be adjusted to any head size. You don't feel the strap while you sleep and it doesn't affect comfort. Highly recommended!
