After another food knife broke while cutting, I decided to upgrade all my knives. Cooks Country gave Victorinox a high rating, review for review, which is why I chose this brand. To speed up my knife changes, I bought a couple of Revain Victorinox knife sets. A multipack contained a paring knife. One paring knife is never enough so I ordered these thinking they would match what I had. They didn't. When they arrived I was very surprised at how light they were (compared to the only Victorinox pad I had) and immediately fished the bubble wrap out of the trash to return asap. In short, now I never use anything but her! They're just great knives and I've since ordered another set because I use them for everything. They are amazingly sharp, strong and reliable in my hand and are so easy to use on hard objects like hard cheddar bricks.
