The day after the product arrived I set it up and got an incredibly quiet sound. I've tried disconnecting, reconnecting, charging, reading their FAQ page from top to bottom several times, and finally creating a support ticket on their FAQ page. I'm glad Google helped me find the FAQ page as the only site they provide with very limited documentation is one that says the domain may be for sale and is clearly not their site . I received confirmation that it was received after submitting my support ticket. 4 days later I received my first message from them directing me to their FAQ page and CLOSE MY SUPPORT TICKET. The item is being returned as we speak. Disappointing because it looks great to most customers. I was more than willing to work with them to determine if it was defective or something else was wrong, but instead I will turn my business over to a company that understands basic customer care. I expected more from Logitech.
